The EKAW conference and its workshops and tutorials are on-site events.
At least one author of each paper must be registered.

The full EKAW conference attendance registration includes the EKAW main conference, its workshops, tutorials, coffee breaks, social dinner, and social outing. It does not include Open Access fees.
Extra tickets for the social dinner can be purchased at the time of the registration for a fee of 57 EUR.
Open Access
The EKAW 2022 proceedings will be published as Open Choice Access with Springer in the LNAI series.

By default the papers will not be in Open Access, but authors can opt-in at additional cost.
Papers at Workshops, Posters and Demos will be published in Open Access in a CEUR proceedings volume.
